2. Training the Mind, based on the commentaries Universal Compassion and Eight Steps to Happiness

3. The Heart Sutra, based on the commentary Heart of Wisdom

4. Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life, based on the commentary Meaningful to Behold

5. Types of Mind, based on the commentary Understanding the Mind

In our drop-in classes we offer people the opportunity to use a few basic tools from Buddha's teachings to help in their everyday lives. This special study class is designed for those who want to gain a deeper understanding and experience of Buddha's teaching and really use them to solve their daily problems and develop peaceful, happy states of mind.

During the 2017/18 year we will be studying Universal Compassion. In this book we will learn practical instructions showing how to transform even the most difficult daily life experiences into opportunities for spiritual growth through developing and enhancing minds of universal love and compassion.
