The retreat consists of four session and lunch. Each session is done inconjunction with Offering to the Spiritual Guide sadhana. There is then an opportunity to engage in many mandala offerings and guru yoga mantras. If you are new you are recommended to get in touch before attending as this retreat is unguided.
