During this day course Gen Kelsang Togden, Resident Teacher of Madhyamaka KMC will teach us how to let go of past negativities and become free from being weighed down by them. In particular we will learn how to become free from guilt and self-criticism.
An extra special weekend retreat in the country at Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre and opportunity to receive teachings from Gen Kelsang Tubpa and Gen Kelsang Rigma who between them have over 50 years of experience in Buddhas teachings.
